Introduction

Clean Convictions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the cleanconvictions.com website and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our cleaning services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Request a free quote or booking
  • Contact us via phone, email, or form submission
  • Sign up for our newsletter or promotions
  • Participate in our referral program or a partner/business referral program
  • Use our website and services

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, home address, service preferences, and — if you participate in our referral program — your personal referral code and, if someone referred you, the referral code you entered. If you refer a friend, we associate the referral with your account so we can credit you once their first clean is complete; we do not share your contact information with the person you refer, or theirs with you, beyond what you each choose to share directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and deliver your cleaning service requests
  • Communicate with you about your service
  • Track and apply referral discounts and credits under our Referral & Partner Program
  • Send you promotional materials (with your consent)
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to help us operate — for example, to store and manage client records, process and route quote-form submissions, and send email and appointment-related communications. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
