No. We don't ask for exclusivity and we never will. Most partners keep whoever they already use and hand out our code as a second option — especially for the jobs their usual cleaner can't fit in.

They tell us within 24 hours and we go back and re-clean it free — and you hear about it from us rather than from them. The whole point of the guarantee is that recommending us can't cost you your credibility.
