Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using Clean Convictions cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Clean Convictions provides professional cleaning services including recurring home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial office cleaning in Yuma County, Arizona. We perform services on a flat-rate basis with transparent pricing.

Pricing and Payment

  • All pricing is flat-rate and provided before service confirmation
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept standard payment methods as discussed during your quote
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning within 24 hours of service completion:

  • Contact us immediately with specific concerns
  • We will return and re-clean affected areas at no charge
  • No paperwork or forms required—your satisfaction is our priority

Referral & Partner Program

Our "Give $25, Get $25" referral program and our business/partner referral program are optional promotions, not a guaranteed entitlement. By using a referral code or link, or by participating as a partner, you agree to the following:

  • The referred client must be new to Clean Convictions — someone who has not previously booked or received services from us.
  • The referrer's $25 credit (or a partner's equivalent reward) is applied only after the referred client's first paid cleaning is completed — not at the time of booking.
  • Referral and partner credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable to another person or business.
  • Credits apply only toward future Clean Convictions services and do not expire unless we state otherwise.
  • We may decline, adjust, or reverse a credit, or suspend a client or partner from the program, if we reasonably believe a referral is fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, or otherwise abusive of the program.
  • We may modify, pause, or end either program, or change reward amounts, at any time; changes apply to referrals made after the change, not ones already qualified.

Access to Property

You grant Clean Convictions access to your property during scheduled service times. Clients may provide access codes, keys, or be present during service. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property.

Liability Limitations

While we take care to protect your property, Clean Convictions is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, client negligence, or circumstances beyond our control. Please disclose any fragile items before service.
